Congratulations to Felipe “Balboa” Portela for winning the Gladiators Challenge welter weight belt on November 5, 2010.  Felipe won via a devastating head kick KO in just over 2 minutes of the 1st round.  Felipe is a Brazilian Muay Thai black belt, a Brazilian Kickboxing black belt, and a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu purple belt. He now teaches and trains full time at The Arena MMA Gym in San Diego.
