Jeff W. Clark is a professional Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighter, MMA coach and one of the most highly respected fighter managers in the MMA industry. Originally fighting out of Carlsbad, California, Clark was a member of North County Fight Club where he trained with teammates Jason Lambert, Eddie Sanchez and others. Clark is a US champion in full contact karate and holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Roy Harris. He won the Grapplers Quest Executive Middleweight Division in 2003. Clark is also a noted expert on MMA and frequently featured in MMA publications and media. He was named to the prestigious 2009 Fight! Power 20, selected as one of “the top movers and shakers in the mixed martial arts world” by the leading Mixed Martial Arts lifestyle magazine.
Clark, a veteran MMA competitor, has been around the sport before it was legalized, back in the days of underground promotions and Mexico-based MMA events. In 2004, Clark began his official MMA career and remained unbeaten for two years, earning a record of 3-0. After defeating Cheyenne Alesna, Tony Llamas, and David Avilla, Clark lost to then undefeated Paul Arras.
In addition to his fighting career and coaching fighters out of highly respected, San Diego MMA gym The Arena, Clark is the President of NCFC Elite, one of MMA’s top sports agencies. Clark is responsible for managing the careers of numerous well-known fighters including UFC star Diego Sanchez, recent Bellator signing Roger Huerta and other up-and-coming, future stars. An expert in MMA contract negotiation, sponsorships, and fight gear, Clark frequently works as a consultant for MMA-related businesses.
